Green Tea

Green tea can promote weight loss by stimulating your body to burn fat. Green tea contains catechins, a type of phytochemical that can briefly affect metabolism. To get the maximum benefit, you need to drink green tea 2 to 3 times a day. Try having your tea hot, because it takes longer to drink, giving a soothing, mindful experience.

Watermelon

Foods those are rich in water take up more place in your gut. This signals your body that you have had enough to eat and leaves less room for other foods. Several raw fruits and vegetables are full of water and nutrients and are low in calories. Watermelon is a top example. It is a good source of the antioxidant lycopene and provides you some vitamins A and C, too.

Apples and Pears

Apples and pears are also high in water content. Have them with the peels for additional fiber, which will keep you full longer. Opt for whole fruits instead of fruit juice. You will get more fiber.  Chewing the fruits takes longer and you will burn a few calories chewing, as opposed to gulping down a juice or smoothie.

Berries

Similar to other fruits, berries are rich in water and fiber, that can keep you full longer. They are also sweet; satisfy your sweet tooth for a fraction of the calories you will get from cookies or brownies. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries are a good example because most fruit sellers carry them and they are filled with antioxidants.

As stated above no particular food will help you reduce or gain fat. It is all a combination that needs to be done with consistent physical activity and daily exercise.
